In 2018 a group of professional consultants decided they wanted to do it different - take the focus off multipliers and billable hours, and instead provide a place where professionals can grow their skillsets while serving the clients and communities we are fortunate to work with.
Since 2018 we have grown our client base to include international airports, universities, manufacturers, and communities ranging in size from 900 residents to over 100,000. No project is too large or too small for our team.

Molly began her consulting career as a planner for a large, multinational consulting firm. After gaining experience sitting facilities such as power plants and obtaining permits for linear facilities, she moved on, focusing her career on airport planning and program management assignments. Over the past 20 years she has managed or led planning projects at over 70 airports across the nation ranging from the smallest of general aviation airports to large hub airports.
Molly graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor's degree in business administration and a Master's degree in community and regional planning.

After graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in civil engineering David began his career with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) before moving on to a career as a consultant. For the past 18 years, David has served numerous aviation and municipal clients while continuing his focus on transportation-related projects. supplemented his airport experience with municipal projects.
David served three years with the U.S. Army and has held his private pilot's license since 1996.
